My First Hat!

Woo hoo! My first hat is done...and this is my first knit-a-long too. It's the Rowan 'Spike' pattern from The Next Big Thing using Rowan Big Wool. I used a little less than a skein. I've discovered that hats are really quick...definitely quicker than scarves...which means I will be giving hats as Christmas gifts instead....bring on the Hat Trick!!! I've also discovered that I need to learn how to knit in the round either on dpns or using the magic loop...pronto!
