People will put anything on their heads, it seems to me for two reasons: either it keeps them warm, or it makes them feel cute. A good woolly cap can well combine these functions. Elizabeth Zimmermann
WHAT IS A "HAT TRICK"?
-
This was explained back at the beginning of the KAL and is in the archives, but it bears repeating.
Each of the little hat icons below represent *3* hats finished by the knitter. Post a photo of your hats here
or add a link to your blog or photo page and we'll add the icon(s).
Please email jdevlin48362 (at) yahoo (dot) com when you've finished three hats. Thanks!

It looks beautiful!
This seems like such a great hat - I remember MelissaJoon made one earlier this month.
Do you know where I can find/buy the pattern?
Thanks!
Melissa and I got the pattern from a lady named Ina Braun. She swaps for a calendar with 12 really cool patterns in it. Her email is ina@tantesophie.com. Send her an email, and she'll send you the calendar. Then you just have to send her some yarn or something else that you have in your stash. I sent some really cool Malabrigo. Melissa may have sent her some Noro or Koigu.
Was I mistaken, or was the name of that pattern translated to English,'Aunt Sophie has a dog'? Cool hat, though.
Aunt Sophie had a dog is the English name of the studio. Ina Braun is the designer. Lola is the name of the pattern.
